Norfolkline has announced the first phase of its rejuvenation programme to improve the passenger facilities at Liverpool port. The Bistro menu was so popular that it reached its maximum capacity from the menu, which was introduced in December last year. The most popular dish is the pan seared sea bass fillet with warm olive oil, garlic, lemon and cherry tomato dressing.
