DFDS Seaways(Norfolkline) do not issue tickets, but to travel you will need your booking reference number.

If you have misplaced this or any other piece of information related to your booking,
they will give us with all necessary information.

When you go for online bookings, you will be provided with a reference number.

If you lose this reference number, then do not panic, you will have an option of contacting a call centre for Norfolkine ferries.

They will certainly guide you further.

I did face a similar situation long ago, as the ferry operator does not provide us with any ticket online but provides us with a booking reference number.

If you lose this reference number, even then you need not panic, we have an option of contacting a call centre for Norfolkline company bookings and they will give us with all need information.
